Campaign packages start at $4,000 +GST. Every production or tour is unique, here’s a general guide:

Mini Campaigns

Best for single-date shows. A streamlined version of On Cue that covers the essentials (strategy session, campaign blueprint, delivery & coordination) – with lighter rollout and fewer channels.

$4,000-$5,000 +GST

Streamlined Campaigns

Suited to smaller shows or short tours needing focused promotion. Includes more layers of coordination and outreach than a mini campaign.

$5,000-$10,000 +GST

Full Campaigns

Designed for multi-venue seasons or mid-sized tours, with layered promotion across multiple channels.

$10,000-$25,000 +GST

Complex Campaigns

For long tours or large-scale, multi-season productions where complexity and stakeholder coordination are high.

Frequently asked questions.

  • We recommend booking us in 16 weeks to 6+ months before your gig or opening night to secure a campaign slot. We sometimes have clients in the calendar up to 2 years in advance. The earlier the better!

  • Great! We love publicists! Publicists bring their own unique expertise to live performance campaigns. We’re constantly working alongside PR teams on shows and tours, where marketing and PR complement each other brilliantly. We are more than happy to work with your appointed PR person or team to make sure that our messaging and brand is aligned.

  • That’s okay. The bigger question is ‘how long until your show starts?’

    If your first performance is next week… we’re very sorry but it’s likely too late to push any campaigns. Number 1, that’s just not enough time to set up a campaign, and number 2, we don’t want you to waste your money!

    But if you’re already on sale and it’s still months away for opening, let’s chat!

  • Sure can! On Cue Campaigns are full-service, multi-layered campaigns. If you only need META ads, check out our Bright Lights Social Mini.

  • Yes and no. Let us explain. We work with a lot clients who have tours and shows hitting up all sorts of weird and wonderful international locations… but we always (always, always) say that nothing beats local knowledge! We actually consider that one of our superpowers when we work with international artists here in Australia, our local knowledge.

    In short, if we know the market, we can definitely run campaigns for you overseas. But, often it’s best to use international partners for international campaigns.
